What a lovely blade. Its gorgeousness is enhanced by the handle's uniqueness. Furthermore, the quality is outstanding. I'm only a newbie chef. However, I use it for everything. So adaptable. I'll be purchasing more. Not to be overlooked. The service was excellent. 

Instead of rocking through the blade with a nakiri, you cut in an up-and-down motion. When you're done cutting, the wide blade allows you to scoop up a lot of food. Just love it!

It seems like a well-balanced medium-weight Gyuto in hand, but it transforms into a highly accurate laser as you start cutting with it. It was sent the same day I purchased it, which is excellent service.

The knife is both functional and attractive. Straight out of the box, it was sharp and got right to work. At such a low price, the carbon steel and rosewood handle combination is fantastic.
