Böhler Uddeholm "Special Sweden Alloy Steel" - stainless steel with a composition of approximately 440C but contains more molybdenum, cobalt, and incredibly low impurities. Böhler Uddeholm's "Special Sweden Alloy Steel" is one of Austria's most innovative powder kitchen knife steel. It is acknowledged for its excellent sharpness retention. Due to that, this type of steel is highly wear-resistant and high corrosion resistance and can be hardened up to 59-60 HRC.
