This company sells a wide range of high-quality knives and kitchen accessories. Also, they are pleasure to work with. I just love the craftsmanship of my knife. The handle is stunning on its own, but the blade... it just completes the masterpiece.
Great knife and excellent customer service. I will buy more soon.
From purchase to shipment, I was very pleased with the experience, and your knives have quickly become our most-used kitchen tools. They are the best knives I've ever bought, and I highly recommend them.
So this is a little shorter at 48mm tall at the heel, but it's good enough. That's about my only beef.
This knife is a total sleeper as long as the White 2 holds up. Initial impressions are very high. Excellent pure cutter with pretty solid food release. The Urushi is nice and well-executed. The spine is even polished! Just a fantastic value overall very impressed initially.
